Background

As a managing director in Riveron’s Accounting Advisory practice, Brian Aubuchon brings more than 15 years of experience in audit and accounting advisory, nearly all for growth-stage companies across the technology sector. Brian’s experience includes leading numerous successful technology IPOs and helping clients navigate the accounting topics most relevant to high-growth technology companies, including revenue recognition, debt and equity financings, business combinations, internal use software, SEC filings and financial reporting.

Prior to Riveron’s acquisition of the Effectus Group, Brian was a Partner there, overseeing the execution and delivery of complex accounting matters and capital markets transactions and leading a team of 50+ consultants.
