With over 15 years of international experience, Brad brings significant expertise in advising clients on complex technical accounting matters, capital market transactions, financial reporting, internal controls, bankruptcies, and audit readiness under IFRS, US GAAP, and PCAOB standards. He has worked with a diverse range of public and private entities, from fast-growing pre-public companies to multi-billion-dollar public corporations involved in acquisitions or capital market transactions.

In CFO and CAO roles, Brad has overseen accounting, finance, IT, development, and procurement teams, leading successful audits and collaborating with private equity firms, executive leadership teams, investors, lenders, and auditors. He streamlines processes, establishes robust control environments, and develops comprehensive financial planning and reporting systems to meet diverse stakeholder needs.

Brad’s industry experience spans technology, manufacturing, agriculture, retail, consumer products, healthcare, hospitality, and real estate. He actively contributes to Riveron’s National Accounting Consulting Group, offering deep technical expertise to address clients’ most complex accounting challenges.
