As a senior managing director and national tax leader, Ryan Gamble is responsible for client service, specializing in corporate tax, M&A tax, and risk mitigation.

Background

Ryan Gamble’s 20 years of industry and public accounting experience includes work with large and mid-sized domestic and international companies. He advises clients on tax planning and risk mitigation, restructuring, reorganizations, taxable and nontaxable acquisitions, ASC740 business combinations, and tax function optimization. Ryan serves clients across industries including financial services, manufacturing, energy, technology, and transportation.

Ryan led Grant Thornton LLP’s tax practices in Kansas City and St. Louis and was senior tax counsel for H&R Block, Inc. He started his career with Arthur Andersen, LLP.
