Managing Director Rabia Zaman is an accomplished finance executive and  trusted advisor with over 15 years of experience in strategic executive leadership roles with Fortune 200 companies. She has a track record of operating effectively in high-profile, complex and matrixed environments with demonstrated success leading and developing high performing teams, leading complex debt and equity financing transactions with legal and investment banking teams, leveraging effective communication with business stakeholders, and translating financial intricacies into actionable insights.

Rabia has significant experience with public and private companies across various industries, including apparel distribution, energy, hospitality and financial services. She brings expertise in corporate finance management such as accounting, financial reporting, budget and forecasting, regulatory audits and compliance, stakeholder engagement including participating in board of directors, audit committee and investor meetings and leading M&A activities from inception through integration or separation, financing and systems implementations.
