Background

With over 30 years of experience, Rob Jessen has served as an Independent Board Member, CEO, CFO, and Professional Services Leader. He is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in leading enterprise improvement and transformational change initiatives across diverse industries.

Rob brings a proven history in establishing scalable finance and accounting organizations, enhancing investor relations, and achieving public company reporting standards for private companies. His expertise includes providing actionable financial data with data analytics, supporting initiative-taking decision-making, and fostering collaboration between operations, finance, and accounting. He is adept at preparing companies for IPOs, raising capital, and managing large operating budgets. He has a demonstrated ability to optimize costs, improve working capital, and upgrade credit ratings. He is known for strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to attract and develop top-tier talent. He has been recognized by his clients for driving financial and business value accretion through innovative solutions and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining Riveron, Rob played a crucial role in driving financial and administrative transformation at Silfab Solar Inc., where he served as global CFO and U.S. Board Member. Rob’s expertise extends to his experience as an independent board member at Range21 (a Point B company) and Strike LLC, an energy infrastructure company. He previously held the position of executive vice president and CFO at Strike.

Outside of his career, Rob thoroughly enjoys fitness and is an avid baseball fan– having been a collegiate player. Rob is the proud father of two children and given a choice, enjoys either a golf club or fishing pole in his hand.
