Background

Lynne has over 20 years of distressed advisory and principal investing experience including restructuring advisory, corporate strategy, business development and sourcing, and underwriting distressed investment opportunities. Prior to joining the company, Lynne was a managing director at Blackhill Partners where she developed marketing strategies for the firm, directed new client approach tactics, and actively worked on new business generation and relationship management. She was also a managing director at Odinbrook Global Advisors, BMC Group, and worked at Hilco in the valuation group. Lynne has buy-side experience at a distressed debt fund of Fortress Investment Management and performed advisory work at Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, the broker dealer for EY, where she advised clients including Levi’s, PageNet, PSI Net, AEI Coal, AmeriServe, Graphic Packaging, and HQ Global.
