Paul Jansen

Background

Paul is a senior managing director in the Houston office and oversees restructuring advisory, transformation services, litigation support, valuations, and fiduciary services. Paul has extensive experience advising creditors and serving in executive management roles for both publicly traded and privately held companies. He served as chief restructuring officer, chief financial officer, and chief accounting officer, trustee and plan administrator. Additionally, he has performed strategic, financial, and operational analyses on behalf of management, lenders, and creditors to unlock value in challenging situations.

Prior to his role, Paul served as chief financial officer and chief accounting officer for public companies and as senior manager for PwC in the United States and Europe.
