As a senior managing director, Jeff Bernstein is responsible for sourcing and advising companies and their stakeholders through an equity capital markets transaction such as an IPO or follow-on monetization.

I have always admired Riveron's deep focus on serving the office of the CFO and other members of the C-Suite at all stages in a Company's lifecycle. I am excited to bring my experience and connectivity from Wall Street, private equity, venture capital, and the founder community to Riveron so that we may provide the right guidance through a transformative transaction.

Jeff has over 30 years of experience on Wall Street, advising and investing in public and private companies, primarily across the technology, media, telecom, consumer, energy, business services, and financial services industries. Over the last five years, Jeff has applied his experience to help guide founders, management teams, private equity and venture stakeholders, and boards through the transition to a public company and follow-on monetizations.
