    April brings more than 25 years of experience across Wall Street and strategic advisory roles, with deep expertise in investor relations and capital markets advisory. She advises on and directs investment decisions and has guided management teams and boards through communications related to major transactions, execution challenges, guidance changes, workforce reductions, recapitalizations, and bankruptcy situations. April built investor relations infrastructure and led IR programs for more than 10 newly public software and internet companies, while also supporting established public companies across multiple sectors.
