    Career Highlights & Background

    Brent brings more than 18 years of experience leading technology-enabled transformation initiatives for private equity-backed and middle-market organizations. He has led more than 100 system transformation and business application initiatives spanning ERP, CRM, CPM, data and analytics, AI-driven solutions, and technology strategy. He works closely with private equity sponsors, CFOs, CIOs, and executive leadership teams to modernize the Office of the CFO, improve operational scalability, and support investment value creation initiatives across the hold period. Brent has extensive experience leading complex carve-outs, stand-ups, acquisition integrations, and business transformation programs designed to support accelerated growth. Prior to joining Riveron, he led multiple delivery practices for a global systems integrator, where he was responsible for go-to-market strategy, solution development, and delivery leadership focused on digital transformation and scalable execution.
