This virtual session, “How Crane Worldwide Logistics Accelerated Close, Automated Reporting, and Enhanced Planning with OneStream” showcased the global rollout of OneStream for Crane Worldwide Logistics. For successfully partnering with Benchmark Hospitality, an operator of 70 domestic and international luxury brand hotels and resorts, OneStream recognized GBI Consulting, now Riveron, with the Partner Innovation award. Benchmark wanted to gain more visibility into revenue across multiple streams and worked with our team to leverage OneStream’s powerful data integration tools, pulling together 60+ hotel level management systems. The solution was built to facilitate both a top-down and bottom-up planning process with the ability to apply over 50 drivers to either methodology. This extremely dynamic solution was prioritized by the organization’s management team through the pandemic as 95% of their properties were shuttered to create greater visibility into the business and enable better decisions faster. The innovative solution architecture achieved a consolidated view on daily revenue streams and reporting, efficiency in the journals to general ledger workflow, an automated cash flow model, and ultimately, modern processes equipping the finance and accounting functions for new possibilities.
