    Career Highlights & Background

    Matt brings more than 20 years of experience leading transformation and operational improvement initiatives across complex industrial and transportation environments. He led an enterprise-wide transformation for a Tier-1 automotive supplier that addressed general and administrative costs, pricing, commercial excellence, manufacturing, and procurement, doubling year-over-year EBITDA. His experience includes multi-year performance transformations and cost structure optimization programs that delivered significant EBITDA improvements. Prior to his business career, Matt was a decorated U.S. Naval Flight Officer.
