    Kent brings over 30 years of experience across accounting, finance, and transaction services, including leadership roles as CFO, CAO, and transaction services director. He has supported public and private companies across a range of industries, delivering solutions in complex and evolving environments. Kent uses his expertise in financial reporting, controls, and regulatory expectations to prepare private companies to go public and position them for success as public entities. His prior experience includes 15 years with a Big Four firm working in the U.S. and Asia, advising on IPOs, divestitures, and business combinations.
