Riveron, a national business advisory firm focused on serving the office of the CFO, private equity, and other capital providers, announced today that it has tapped Erica Hageman and Tony Ciotti to join its leadership team as chief legal officer and chief financial officer, respectively.

Erica Hageman is a seasoned general counsel with over two decades of experience in guiding growth-oriented and private equity-sponsored organizations through dynamic transformation and process improvement initiatives. She previously served as general counsel at Wellness Pet Company where she led the organization’s legal and regulatory affairs functions. Before that, she spent over a decade as an executive at Interstate Hotels & Resorts (now Aimbridge Hospitality), where she was responsible for the organization’s legal, compliance, government affairs, and risk management functions.

Hageman will succeed Oren Azar who has served as chief legal officer since June 2021.

Tony Ciotti brings to Riveron nearly 20 years of experience in financial management and operations. He previously served as head of finance at Grant Thornton, where he was responsible for all teams within the finance organization and played a key part in steering profitable growth, executing firm strategy, and implementing operational best practices. Before that, he held various finance and operations management roles at MarketSphere Consulting, PwC, and Accenture.
