As a senior managing director, Ozan Gursel is Riveron’s strategic accounts leader. His responsibility is to ensure that Riveron’s most important client relationships are getting the best of the firm across practice areas.
Background
Throughout his career at Riveron, Ozan Gursel has held key leadership positions including running and scaling the Dallas Market, Southwest Region and Financial Advisory Segment. In his current role as National Strategic Accounts Leader, his primary responsibility is driving outsized impact and value at Riveron’s leading enterprise clients.
Ozan has over 25 years of strategy, general management and client service expertise, spanning sales, operations, turnaround management, process optimization, and technology enablement, encompassing both domestic and international businesses.
Ozan is passionate about business building, increasing efficiency, creating scalability and driving performance. Over his career, he has driven high value strategic and operational gains for firms in the consumer goods and services, distribution, energy, manufacturing and high tech & telecom sectors. His functional experience includes corporate and business unit strategy, organization and operating model design, digital transformation, supply chain, outsourcing, and merger integration.
Prior to Riveron, Ozan held leadership roles within McKinsey & Company’s Digital and Technology Practices and at Accenture. Ozan resides in Dallas with his wife and two children.
