    Career Highlights & Background

    Jason brings over 15 years of public accounting experience supporting public and private companies through capital market transactions. He leads complex client engagements, including interim management assignments, financial statement restatements, audit readiness initiatives, and finance process improvements. He has also supported organizations through the IPO process, assisting with S-1 filings and financial reporting preparation. Jason helps private equity sponsors improve visibility into portfolio company performance by accelerating month-end close processes and improving KPIs. Prior to joining Riveron, Jason built his foundation in accounting and audit at a Big Four assurance practice.
