Hamish de Freitas has more than 25 years of diversified experience advising high-profile global institutions to achieve results in complex and highly regulated environments. Hamish is a C-suite and board advisor, adept at building trusted relationships, navigating across cultures, and creating consensus with a demonstrated ability to manage difficult situations and solve complex business issues.

Hamish has led multiple global teams auditing and advising companies on IPOs, acquisitions, divestitures, and spinoffs with a focus on financial institutions. His experience extends across public and private companies advising on governance, risk, and compliance matters and leveraging technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of finance organizations. Prior to Riveron, Hamish was a Partner at Deloitte with leadership roles in New York and Tokyo leading cross-functional teams.
