    Sid brings over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale transformation initiatives across diverse organizations, including NGOs, family-owned businesses, private equity backed companies, and publicly traded enterprises. He has led global finance transformation efforts, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, global business services (GBS) design, and shared services center establishment. Sid consistently drives outcomes that improve performance, enhance capabilities, and reduce costs.
