    Career Highlights & Background

    Robert brings 30 years of experience in restructuring, reorganization, turnaround management services, and finance, advising companies across distressed and transitional environments. He has served in every position in financial leadership, including full-time and interim chief financial officer (CFO), giving him the experience to execute within organizations. He has provided debtor and lender advisory and has assisted in the closing of more than $250 million in Main Street loans. Robert also provides complex accounting guidance, audit preparation support, and special situation lending advocacy, enabling clients to navigate financial and operational challenges with structure and discipline.
