Norm brings more than 25 years of turnaround management and financial services experience. He has served in multiple interim leadership and advisory roles, including interim chief financial officer for a vertically integrated recycled paper products company and interim officer for a consumer debt collections firm, helping stabilize financial operations and guide restructuring efforts. Norm also advised a green energy company through a pre-packaged Chapter 11 restructuring, supporting stakeholders through a complex reorganization process. Earlier, he performed diligence and financial analysis on distressed companies at a restructuring advisory firm and served as an investment professional at a New-York-based credit fund, underwriting and managing portfolios for healthy and distressed investments, including Chapter 11 reorganizations and Section 363 asset purchase transactions.
