    Michael brings 25 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership roles, advising public and private companies across a range of industries. He has led complex engagements including integrating two high-growth private equity backed education technology companies. As interim CFO, Michael has overseen audit readiness, investor reporting, and technical accounting. Clients rely on his expertise to implement accounting standards such as ASC 606 and ASC 842. Michael has also led numerous capital markets transactions, coordinating management, investors, and auditors to achieve successful IPO outcomes.
