    Kevin brings more than 25 years of experience providing financial advisory, restructuring, and turnaround services. He has advised organizations through complex restructuring transactions, including Chapter 11 cases, Section 363 sales, and out-of-court recapitalizations where disciplined financial leadership and stakeholder alignment determine outcomes. His notable engagements include advising a Gulf of Mexico exploration and production company through its Chapter 11 restructuring and asset sales, guiding a fully integrated proppant and logistics provider through a prearranged plan of reorganization, and supporting a contract driller in an out-of-court restructuring and recapitalization.
