    Josh brings more than 27 years of business experience, including 20 specializing in financial due diligence and M&A advisory; he has worked on more than 250 transactions. Josh has led complex public and private deals ranging from $5 million to over $10 billion, including consolidations, roll-ups, carve-outs, mergers, and spin transactions. He has worked on numerous large cross-border European transactions with valuations up to $2 billion. Josh has delivered both buy- and sell-side transaction services, evaluating historical earnings performance and analyzing working capital requirements to support strategic decision-making and successful deal execution.
