    Jason brings more than 25 years of valuation consulting experience. He leads Riveron’s valuation services capability, supporting companies through pivotal moments when valuation conclusions directly influence investor confidence and strategic outcomes. Jason’s notable engagements include performing valuations related to business combinations, share-based payments, and goodwill impairment for an oil field services company in preparation for a potential IPO, as well as determining the value of a business unit to support management’s decision to divest the unit.
