    Hector brings 20 years of experience advising corporate and private equity portfolio companies, partnering directly with CFOs to implement value creation strategies across the enterprise. His experience includes improving management and financial reporting processes, designing and implementing shared services and outsourcing and insourcing back-office functions, and handling technology implementation. He has supported pre- and post-close integration planning and public company readiness, guiding organizations through complex transitions. Hector provides hands-on execution and leadership to stabilize operations and drive performance improvements in dynamic environments.
