    Andy brings nearly 25 years of experience supporting over 700 financial diligence projects for private equity funds and corporate clients across a range of industries. He has led complex buy-side diligence processes for private equity funds acquiring low-margin, geographically dispersed, or non-core businesses. Andy has done extensive carve-out analysis, including financial investigations, internal control reviews, and development of financial models. His background in Big Four public accounting lets him expertly assess financial performance and risk, enabling clients to navigate complex transactions and execute with discipline in dynamic environments.
