    Michelle brings two decades of experience assisting private equity firms and corporate acquirers and sellers with financial and operational due diligence across the middle market. She has worked on more than 400 transactions, supporting both domestic and international buy- and sell-side engagements where rigorous analysis and clear insights directly influence deal outcomes. Michelle focuses on identifying financial and operational trends, assessing performance drivers, and evaluating working capital dynamics that impact valuation and transaction structure. She also advises buyers and sellers on net working capital target setting and negotiations, purchase agreement provisions, and indebtedness considerations.
