    Career Highlights & Background

    Mark brings more than 30 years of leadership experience serving in executive roles, including chief financial officer, chief restructuring officer, chief accounting officer, corporate controller, treasurer, and senior vice president of finance and customer service. He has led high-impact initiatives involving post-merger integration, strategic planning, and organizational development across complex operating environments. He has served as CFO for a global pigment manufacturing company facing liquidity challenges, where he developed the strategic direction and tactical plan to maximize private equity investment returns. As CFO of a logistics company, he directed a private equity led roll-up of four oil and gas servicing companies, maximizing back-office synergies and cost efficiencies. Mark designed and established the full back-office platform for a power generation company.
