As a Managing Director based in New York, Rich Thomann is responsible for relationship development and account management.
Through his 30 years of professional experience, Rich has worked with numerous private and public companies across a variety of industry segments including banking and capital markets, wealth and asset management, private equity and emerging growth markets, both nationally and globally.
Rich has developed and executed business development strategies while managing broad teams in the New York City region. He is a thought leader on financial services industry hot topics, integrating service offerings to assist clients holistically, developing revenue generation execution plans, and global account management methodology. As a strong leader and team builder, Rich focuses on market growth drivers, and mentoring professionals on the art and science of business development. He provides client value by understanding their needs, developing solutions, delivering results, and enhancing the customer experience.
Prior to joining Riveron, Rich spent over 22 years at EY providing solutions globally in their Financial Services business, holding numerous business development, leadership, and market segment growth positions. Originally from eastern Pennsylvania, this Steelers fan has been living and working in the greater New York City area for 20 years. He currently resides in New Jersey and is very active in his community and church. Rich is also an advocate for various charities and research, including traumatic brain injury (TBI) and Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE).
