Oren joined Riveron in June 2021. His 30 years of legal and business experience include serving as a senior legal executive at public and private companies and experience as a partner in both U.S. and overseas offices of major international law firms. Oren enjoys working with internal clients and counterparties to develop creative solutions that advance the business interests of all parties while intelligently managing and mitigating legal and business risks.
