Michelle Kaihani leads Riveron’s Human Resources function, including performance management, benefits, employee retention, compliance, risk mitigation, and the firm’s training and development programs.
Michelle Kaihani is responsible for implementing people-related functions including employee relations, performance management, leadership and employee development, compensation and benefits, talent management, retention approaches, legal compliance and regulatory requirements. She possesses a proven ability to manage multiple projects through to completion in a changing, fast-paced environment.
Michelle began her career working on Ross Perot’s Presidential campaigns. Thereafter, she served as Human Resources Manager for Perot Systems. Prior to her role at Pacific Union Financial, she was the Associate Director of Human Resources at Ernst & Young, serving as a business partner to area leadership and handled all people matters including strategic and operational matters.
When she’s not watching sports or reruns of Gilmore Girls or Friends, she enjoys working out and spending time with friends and family.
