As an Executive Managing Director, Jared Yerian is responsible for national leadership, strategy and development of Riveron’s Recovery & Transformation Services practice.

Background

Jared has 25 years of experience in urgent liquidity and operational execution, mergers & acquisitions due diligence, and longer-term strategy implementation initiatives. He has worked globally in industries across public and private enterprises including Automotive, Airline, Consumer Products, Education, Energy, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Media, Real Estate, Retail, Telecom, and Sovereign Funds.

Jared is a collaborative leader with the ability to develop high‐performing teams, quickly analyze key business drivers, problem solve, create practical solutions and actionable plans, and execute successfully. An authority on complex financial and operational transformations, M&A, insolvency proceedings, and stakeholder negotiations, Jared’s expertise also extends to litigation matters, including valuation, shareholder dispute resolution, breach of contract, intellectual property, and lost profits analysis.

Prior to joining Riveron, he has served as a Partner at Mckinsey & Company, as well as Managing Director at M-III and AlixPartners. Jared is a native of the Chicago area and has spent a majority of his professional career in North America along with time in EMEA, and South America. He is a mentor with Horizons for Youth, a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder (CFA) and a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA). Jared lives in Chicago with his wife and daughter.
