Greg Stevens

Background

Greg Stevens’ 25-plus years of experience include leadership roles providing public accounting and consulting services to both public and private companies. He has served a variety of industries, including travel and transportation, electronic retail and merchandising, broadcasting, insurance, construction, and manufacturing and distribution.

In his initial nine years at Riveron, Greg’s responsibilities included serving clients, recruiting and developing Riveron consultants, and leading teams in the field. Greg brought a logical approach to understanding business issues with an ability to effectively communicate associated challenges and viable solutions. His focus areas included acquisitions, divestitures, pro forma modeling, process review and analysis, corporate governance consulting, post-transaction support, and due diligence. In his tenure at the firm, Greg was responsible for over 300 delivered diligence projects. Since 2016, Greg has served the Transaction Services practice as an internal subject matter expert on diligence and by providing training and quality control functions for the practice.

Greg is a native of Eastland, Texas, and began his career at Ernst & Young. Prior to joining Riveron, Greg most recently purchased, operated, and rebuilt, then successfully sold a commercial construction subcontract business. His previous nine years were spent in the travel industry at American Airlines and Travelocity in roles ranging from internal audit to hotel product marketing director.
