As a managing director, Dan is charged with sourcing and leading complex financial, operational, and interim management turnaround and restructuring engagements on behalf of debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders.

Background
Dan specializes in turnaround and restructuring. He has more than a decade of experience advising public and private companies, corporate boards, special committees, financial sponsors, lenders, and creditor committees primarily in the energy industry. His financial advisory experience spans interim management, valuation, liquidity and cash management, balance sheet recapitalization/restructuring, preparing projections and business plans, business optimization and transformation, DIP financing, and bankruptcy preparation.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Dan was a managing director at Ankura in the turnaround and restructuring group. Earlier, he was a director at Conway MacKenzie and senior vice president at Houlihan Lokey where he provided expert valuation, fairness, and transaction opinions in connection with complex business transactions including M&A, recapitalization, and restructuring transactions. Dan began his career at Deloitte & Touche in its audit and assurance practice.
